Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web and mobile applications using Python and Next.js, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. - Implement AI-driven features that enhance user engagement and streamline job application processes, utilizing your knowledge in OpenAI and Natural Language Processing. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scopes, and deliver solutions that align with business objectives. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and stability of applications, applying best practices in software development. - Manage and deploy applications on AWS, leveraging cloud technology to enhance scalability and performance. - Utilize Git for version control, maintaining clear documentation and facilitating seamless collaboration within the development team. - Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our platform's capabilities and user interface. Required Qualifications: - A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in software development, focusing on web and mobile application development. - A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, providing a strong foundation in software engineering principles. - Proficiency in programming languages including Python, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Next.js, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically, with a high IQ that allows for quick adaptation to new challenges. - Familiarity with cloud services, specifically AWS, and version control systems like Git to manage codebase effectively. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with AI technologies, specifically in implementing solutions using OpenAI and Natural Language Processing, to enhance application functionality. - Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks that can contribute to our technology stack. - Previous experience in the HR services or job placement industry, providing insights into user needs and expectations.
