Own and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements that align with user feedback and market trends to optimize the job placement experience. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including design, engineering, and marketing—to develop and launch innovative solutions that streamline the application process for our users. 3. Conduct user research and competitive analysis to identify pain points and opportunities, ensuring our products remain ahead of industry standards. 4. Build and maintain robust analytics frameworks to measure product performance, customer satisfaction, and feature usage, informing strategic decisions. 5. Work closely with the customer support team to gather insights on user experiences, using this data to drive continuous improvement initiatives. 6. Develop and communicate product requirements and specifications to ensure clarity and alignment across teams and stakeholders. 7. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance product offerings and overall user engagement. Required Qualifications: - A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or a related field, preferably within the HR services or technology sector. - Proven track record of managing product roadmaps and successfully launching user-centric products. - Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data to drive decision-making and improve product performance. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in the HR technology space, particularly in job placement or recruitment solutions. - Knowledge of user experience design principles and best practices. - Understanding of digital marketing strategies and how they relate to product management. - Experience with A/B testing and other methods of product optimization.
