About the Role: As part of the Family Office at Somani Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our investment strategy, ensuring the sustainable growth of family assets. You will be the strategic architect behind our investment decisions, driving portfolio performance while aligning with our long-standing values of excellence and social responsibility. Your expertise will be paramount in safeguarding and optimizing our diverse asset portfolio, making a significant impact on our family's legacy. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the development and execution of innovative investment strategies that align with the family’s long-term objectives, ensuring optimal asset allocation across various sectors. 2. Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including family members, advisors, and institutional investors, to ensure alignment of interests and effective communication of investment strategies. 3. Spearhead comprehensive risk management initiatives to actively protect family assets, employing advanced analytical techniques to identify potential risks and opportunities in the investment landscape. 4. Conduct detailed financial modeling and valuation analyses to support investment decisions, utilizing market insights to inform strategic planning and portfolio adjustments. 5. Monitor and analyze market trends and economic indicators to provide actionable insights that inform investment strategies and enhance portfolio performance. 6. Collaborate with senior management to facilitate high-level decision-making processes, presenting complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. 7. Mentor and lead a team of financial analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the Family Office. Required Qualifications: - A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and investment management, with a proven track record in equity markets and financial analysis both in India and internationally. - An MBA in Finance is essential, with additional certifications such as CA or CFA being highly regarded. - Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and comprehensive market analysis is a must. - A strong background in stakeholder relationship management, particularly with senior management, clients, and institutional investors. - Exceptional strategic decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to risk management. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience interacting with high-net-worth clients and institutional investors is advantageous. - Willingness to travel for investment opportunities and stakeholder engagements is a plus. - High-level executive communication skills, enabling effective presentation of investment strategies and performance to stakeholders.
